The Marketplace Mantle Community — Privacy Policy

This policy explains what The Marketplace Mantle Community app (the "App") does with your information. The App is a companion to The Marketplace Mantle by Mike Kai and is published on the App Store by Stack Station Inc. ("we," "us").
The short version: your daily practice stays on your phone. Only if you choose to join a Circle does anything leave it, and then only what you choose to share with that Circle.
1. What stays on your phone
Everything you write in your daily practice is stored only on your device. We never receive it. This includes:
- Your journal entries, prayer notes, and reflection answers
- Your Mountain Map and your seven-day moves
- Your Declaration days, daily progress, and points
- Your name as you enter it, your reminder times, and other settings
Deleting the App, or using Me → Settings → Reset everything, removes this information from your device.
2. Circles (optional)
Circles are small groups of people walking through the book together. Using Circles requires an account. If you create an account and join or start a Circle, we store the following with Google Firebase, our hosting provider:
- Account information: your name and email address, or the private identifier Apple provides if you use Sign in with Apple
- What you share with your Circle: your one-line mountain (only if you turn on "Show my mountain on the board"), your current seven-day move and its day-eight check-in, your stage and current chapter
- What you post: priest and king posts, responses (a crown, "keep going," or a short note), and any reflection answer you choose to share for a weekly gather
This information is visible only to members of the Circles you belong to. It is never shown publicly.
3. What we don't do
- We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
- We don't use analytics or advertising software in the App.
- We don't access your contacts, photos, location, or microphone.
4. Notifications
If you turn on the daily reminder, it is scheduled locally on your device. No notification data is sent to us.
5. Deleting your account
You can delete your Circle account at any time in the App: Circle → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account, your membership, and everything you posted, sent, or shared. Circles you lead are deleted for everyone in them. Your on-device practice is not affected.

6. Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
